Guan Xin holds a Bachelor of Law from Zhengzhou University and a Master of Laws (LLM) with Merit from Durham University (UK), which ranks among the top 100 globally by QS, with its Law School in the world’s top 50. She is a Certified Lawyer at Henan Tianji Law Firm and serves as Secretary of the Foreign-Related Legal Affairs Department. She is also recognized as a Cross-border Legal Talent by the Henan Lawyers Association and serves as a member of the Foreign-Related Committee of the Zhengdong New District Lawyers Association in Zhengzhou.
